I’m Funmi, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who works with adults navigating emotional stress, identity concerns, substance use, and life transitions. I primarily work with adults experiencing anxiety, mood concerns, substance use challenges, behavioral health issues, and identity-related stress. Many of my clients feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected and are seeking clarity, stability, and a renewed sense of purpose.

My approach is eclectic and client-centered. I commonly integrate motivational interviewing, CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy to meet clients where they are. Therapy with me is practical, flexible, and focused on building insight, coping skills, and sustainable change.
