My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist in order to help people especially those facing life changes, divorce, retirement, school issues. I have extensive experience working with individuals in the inpatient setting and wanted to continue that care and success in the outpatient world.

I work closely with each client to set their own goals and going at their pace.
