My approach is direct, honest, empathetic, and solution-focused. My clients know that I am honest with them and that I am committed to helping them heal and achieve their goals. There are no surprises, and emotional safety is a priority.

My journey to mental healthcare

My goal has always been to help others. I recognize how overwhelming life can be, and I believe that each of us needs support while we tackle challenges. I worked in the medical field and transitioned to mental health as a specialty. I have continued to expand my knowledge base to learn different successful interventions.

I believe that authenticity combined with empathy is important to promote the most effective environment to mutually create a treatment plan that aligns with a client's goals.
