My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist after realizing the classic, stiff versions of therapy never fit me. I wanted to offer something looser, real, relatable, & actually usable in everyday life. My work is driven by helping people feel understood without the clinical filter that often gets in the way.

My goals for you

I meet clients exactly where they are. They set the pace, they choose the direction, and I support the steps that feel doable for them. Goals are collaborative, flexible, and grounded in what matters most to the client—not a rigid checklist.

Our first session

A first session feels like a genuine conversation, not an interview. We get to know each other, explore what’s going on in your world, and figure out what you want from therapy. No pressure, no performance—just an open space to start sorting things out.
