My journey to mental healthcare

I believe mental health is an often-overlooked aspect of health care. Advocating for mental health through teaching, clinical support, and volunteering has been rewarding. It's important to let people know it's okay to get help and lead a mentally and emotionally fulfilled life.

My goals for you

Psychiatric evaluations are a baseline for care, medication management as needed to assist you in making progress, and begin to feel better. Supportive therapy helps to build skills that promote coping and assist in developing a more positive outlook on life.
