My communication style

Therapy has three components: First, we establish rapport so you feel comfortable and I learn what you're seeking help for. Second, I listen to what you'd like to see happen in your life. Third, I use concrete techniques to help you discover what you'd like to improve. Therapy should be a growth-filled journey as you explore solutions that fit you.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've wanted to be a therapist since I was sixteen. Growing up, people came to me for advice, and I realized how unique each person is—it's not a one-size-fits-all model. I discovered my passion for understanding human behavior and feel humble to share someone's journey with them.

I help you identify what you'd like to see improved in your life so you can gain deeper awareness of what's possible.
