My goal has always been to get below the surface to get to the root of the problem. I believe in diving deeper so that true change can happen. I love working with motivated individuals who are looking to grow mentally, physically, and spiritually. I look forward to meeting you!

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into therapy began with a desire to help people and see them go from broken to whole. I have had the opportunity to work with survivors of trauma and all types of life-altering issues. Being able to see how therapy works for clients and in my personal life has been transformative.

A typical first session with me looks like us going over paperwork and to start to work on identifying goals, expectations of therapy and also me getting to know you a bit better through curiosity and compassion.
