My focus
Most of my time as a therapist has been dedicated to adolescents and young adults. With children, I support those navigating trauma, school stress, and anxiety. With young adults, conversations center around life transitions, managing anxiety and depression, exploring identity, and finding balance through college, career, and relationships.
My approach
My approach is grounded in compassion and curiosity, creating a space where you feel heard and supported. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you make sense of your thoughts and build tools that fit your life. For children and teens healing from trauma, I specialize in Trauma-Focused CBT.
