My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist felt natural. People often told me I should be a therapist. After initially pursuing business, I returned to school for my master's in counseling and therapy. It was the best decision for me. This work comes naturally, and I'm happy to serve my community.

You are the expert in what goals you'd like to work toward. We collaborate to identify key areas where you'd like to see change or improvement and determine specific, measurable, achievable goals.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll explore your concerns, identify challenges that brought you to therapy, and establish your goals. Subsequent sessions build on this foundation. My role is to provide empathetic support and guidance as you navigate this process.
