I typically work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma-related challenges. I’m especially comfortable supporting individuals struggling with low self-esteem, anxiety, and depression, helping them build healthier coping skills and develop a stronger sense of self-worth.
My approach
I believe that healing happens in a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. I often draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients develop practical coping skills, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and build emotional resilience.
