I approach all of my clients from a stance of strength and empowerment, and I strive for you to feel hopeful from session one. I work with individuals and couples with a primary focus on grief, anxiety, depression, self-confidence, and relationship struggles.

I find high success rates with clients who are internally motivated to face their truths and get uncomfortable. Those who aren't afraid of acknowledging their weak spots and facing challenges head-on do best when working with me. I aim to get to the deep root cause of any issue so you can expect to go deeper than simple symptom management.

I use a collaborative approach as we work together to bring you to a place where you feel healthier and more confident in yourself and your emotions. I lean heavily on Emotionally Focused Therapy with a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
