I work with Adults and Couples and specialize in Anxiety, Stress, Self-Esteem, Depression, and Relationship problems, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Counseling, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help my clients make progress and start feeling better.

This often shows up as anxiety, depression, stress, co-dependency, or self-esteem struggles. I help you build skills to feel better about yourself and develop a more positive outlook.

My approach varies based on your unique needs. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help us build a shared understanding of your reality and chart a path forward together.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I've always attracted people who felt comfortable sharing their innermost struggles. I wanted to help in a deeper way. I enjoy seeing individuals become the best versions of themselves.

My approach to goal setting with clients is all about working together to define what you want to accomplish in our time together. This often starts by building trust between us and getting comfortable with what it means to be in therapy. Over time, we’ll work together to set goals and track your progress.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll spend most of our time talking about how you've been feeling recently. I'll ask questions to better understand what's going on. The first session is about building an initial connection and helping me get a sense of where we should go from there.
