Hi there, I'm Heather!

Congratulations on taking this first step on your therapy journey. I know it may seem overwhelming, but I am here to help you through this process. I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I like to utilize a collaborative approach to help you achieve your goals.

My focus

I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors who are experiencing depression or anxiety, have a trauma history, or are working through changes in their life. I will work collaboratively with you to develop a plan and goals that will allow you to achieve them and live a more fulfilled life.

My approach

I think it is important for a therapist to be able to implement multiple approaches to the therapy process in order to best serve a client. I do predominantly utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed approaches, but I may modify the approach to best meet your needs and goals.
