My approach

I utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which is a form of therapy that can be used to treat people with a wide range of mental health struggles. CBT is based on the idea that how we think (cognition), how we feel (emotion), and how we act (behavior) all interact together.

I strive to provide my clients with a safe and calm environment. I pride myself on being able to challenge my clients to better themselves while building a strong therapeutic bond.

My journey to mental healthcare

When I left the military, I knew I wanted to be part of a helping profession. Through much research, I decided a career in mental health and social work was the perfect fit. I have worked with people of all ages and their families.
