Hi there, I'm Victoria!

I work with adults who find themselves struggling with all of the expectations of life. I believe therapy should be a collaborative and supportive experience to help you move from discomfort to comfort.

My focus

Have you felt overwhelmed, tired, or stuck in life? Or many of you think nothing is going right in your life, and you want to hit the reset button, but you don't know how. This is not uncommon, and there is a way out of it. I have worked with countless clients who have felt this same way.

My approach

I use many different styles of therapy depending on what your needs are. However, I lean heavily on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy as a way to help clients become aware of themselves. I also often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused approaches.
