Hi there, I'm Allison!

Nice to meet you! I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist working with individuals, couples and families dedicated to helping better people's lives. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and identities and provide a nonjudgmental space where healing, growth, and meaningful change can happen.

My focus

My biggest strength is being multi cultural, having lived in several countries around the world I understand how cultural differences can affect problems and solutions. I am also passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals and couples in navigating relationships, stress, identity, and everyday challenges in ways that feel authentic.

My approach

Many times clients who contact me have no experience in therapy, but just know that their life is not satisfying or something is off. That's enough by the way! Anything and everything can be discussed in therapy. I am easy to open up to, and clients often feel relieved that I am more directive than a therapist who listens without guidance.
