I work with LGBTQ+ individuals and allies, as well as those affected by domestic violence. My focus areas include anxiety, trauma, depression, and relationship or family of origin issues. I believe everyone can overcome barriers to growth with the right support and tools, and I invite you to reach out when you're ready.

I work with adults coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, women's issues, sexual and gender identity concerns, and relationship or family of origin challenges. I have specialized expertise supporting women, LGBTQ+ community members, and persons affected by domestic violence.
My approach
I use a person-centered, strengths-based approach grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy. I focus on identifying strengths, increasing self-awareness, and recognizing unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. I may teach cognitive restructuring, relaxation techniques, and mindfulness, but I don't believe therapy is one size fits all.
