My goal is to meet you where you are and collaboratively address your unique needs and concerns.
My approach
I take a client-centered approach, drawing upon Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based techniques, Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Trauma-Focused interventions. I strive to create a supportive environment that empowers you to gain insight, build coping skills, and make positive changes.
