Therapy is a gift you give to yourself. Your happiness matters, and together we will discover real-life solutions to your real-life problems. I believe in working together to develop achievable goals with tangible results and teaching you techniques to use on your own.

Our first session

During our first session, we will discuss confidentiality and talk together to understand what you want to work on. I will then create a treatment plan outlining your goals, what we will work on to help you reach them, and how we will know when you get there.
