Hi there, I'm Hillary!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida. I have been working in the field for 8 years and specialize in working with children and couples. I focus on client-therapist relationship building in order to create a supportive and comfortable environment. I work with couples who experience both highs and lows in their relationship.

I specialize in couples looking to increase communication, resolve conflict, break negative behavior patterns, understand their partner, and strengthen their relationship.

My approach

I use elements of Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as a Strengths-Based lens to help couples improve not only as partners but also as individuals. I believe in building a therapeutic relationship, creating a safe and supportive environment, and helping couples understand both sides in order to navigate conflicts
