My path into mental healthcare started with a strong curiosity about human behavior and a desire to help others manage their emotions. I was captivated by the understanding that, although mental health struggles are deeply personal, they are also universal.

I approach goal setting as a dynamic and flexible process. Early on, we explore your values, needs, and areas you'd like to work on. I encourage you to identify specific, meaningful goals that resonate with your personal aspirations.

During the first session, you can expect an opportunity for us to get to know each other. I'll ask about your background, challenges, and what brought you to seek help. It's important to me that you feel comfortable and that we establish trust.
