I specialize in anxiety and mood disorders, as well as dissociative disorders, including Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), and my therapeutic approach draws from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based techniques.

My journey to mental healthcare

I’ve navigated my own mental health challenges, and therapy was instrumental in helping me find my way. I became a therapist to support others on their journeys, using my experiences to guide them and offer hope as they work toward their own growth and healing.

We break larger goals into manageable steps and focus on strategies that fit their unique needs and values. My approach is flexible, allowing us to adjust goals as progress is made, so the process feels supportive rather than overwhelming.
