If you’re seeking a safe and compassionate space to process your concerns, strengthen your faith, and gain practical tools for daily living, I am here to help.

My focus

Feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, or hopeless? I work with adolescent girls, women, and couples struggling with self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, relational conflicts, and life transitions. Collaboratively, we'll work on coping skills and personal goals that will foster growth, empowerment, and resilience.

My approach

I bring a systemic and holistic approach to therapy. I recognize that each person’s well-being is deeply connected to their relationships, environment, and lived experiences. I draw from client-centered and cognitive-behavioral approaches to create a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.

My communication style

I strive to communicate openly, without judgment. I will challenge in constructive ways to stir accountability. I value and respect the views and opinions of clients and encourage sharing in a frank, down-to-earth, yet respectful manner. I am calm and patient and endeavor to actively listen, to provide space for reflective insights.

My journey to mental healthcare

I consider my career in therapy as a calling. A calling to empower, to enhance hope, healing, and wholeness to those who have experienced the sharp edges of life. My work has taught me that true healing encompasses mind, body, and spirit, and those who are ready to confront and work through their issues can make lasting change.

Whether it's relational conflicts, trauma, or self-esteem struggles, anxieties, or pursuing personal growth, with new insights and awareness, we can work together on where you want to be.

Our first session may stir feelings of nervousness - and that's normal! During this time, we will get to know each other. I will explore what brings you to therapy, answer any questions or concerns, and explain ethical processes. This is your space, and we will move at the pace you decide and the goals and objectives you want to work on.
