I have been working with adolescents through senior adults since 2014. I help individuals struggling with life stressors, change, adaptability, adjustment, and internal and external pressures.
My approach
Having worked with many different populations, I have learned to take a compassionate approach, using trauma-informed skills to assist with navigating various dynamics and issues that individuals report. I am goal-driven, focusing on client-centered objectives that my clients identify as most important to their lives.
