I specialize in treating adolescents/teens, adoption, anger management, anxiety, behavioral issues, codependency, coping skills, depression, family conflict, impulsivity, OCD, oppositional defiance, panic attacks, school issues, stress, and trauma/PTSD.
My approach
I take an eclectic approach to therapy, often seeking training in various modalities to best serve my clients. I am trained in EMDR, Neurofeedback, and Prepare and Enrich for premarital and marriage assessments. My therapeutic style draws from attachment-based therapy, biofeedback, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR, and family therapy.
