I offer compassionate, evidence-based support for individuals on their healing journeys. My areas of focus include ADHD, PTSD, depression, postpartum depression, anxiety, relationship issues, domestic violence, racism, spiritual abuse, and burnout.

I work with clients who struggle to set healthy boundaries, have experienced trauma, racism, or spiritual abuse, and face persistent sadness or difficulty sustaining attention. I'm most comfortable treating ADHD, PTSD, depression, postpartum depression, anxiety, relationship issues, domestic violence, and burnout.

My approach

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you assess your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors by empowering you to explore the purpose behind processing each area. With narrative therapy, you gain freedom to express your life in detail, particularly regarding trauma. Mindfulness builds awareness and self-regulation of emotions.

We will collaborate to identify areas that are misaligned. During our sessions, I will employ evidence-based techniques along with grace and compassion to help you enhance your awareness and confidence.

Helping people thrive and heal is something I genuinely enjoy. What attracted me to therapy was the opportunity to help clients establish healthy boundaries, goals, and expectations. I am motivated by creating a space where individuals can seek help without shame while enhancing their awareness and autonomy.
