I'm a mental health counselor who has had the absolute pleasure of helping children and adults in all stages of life. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and tailored to each person's unique needs. When you're facing anxiety, depression, life changes, or just need someone to talk to, I'm here to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered.
My focus
I love working with clients who are ready to engage in the therapeutic process. I have the most experience helping children and adults with anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, depression, and ADHD.
My approach
I use DBT to help you manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and develop healthy coping strategies through mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. With CBT, we identify unhelpful patterns and find healthier ways of thinking and responding.
