My communication style

As my client​, I will work with you to create an environment where you feel safe. I’ll help you explore what you’re thinking, feeling, and experiencing to​ get to where you want to be. I will take my time to get to know you, and I'd be honored to journey as you release what no longer serves you and embrace being the root of your own happiness.

My journey to mental healthcare

As an immigrant from a big family, I witnessed firsthand how cultural transitions, family dynamics, and life pressures can create unique challenges. I saw the unspoken struggles within my own family and community, where therapy was often stigmatized or misunderstood. This made me deeply aware of the need for safe spaces to navigate complexities.

My goals for you

I create an environment where my clients can feel emotionally safe enough to share and process the things they struggle with. My goal is to help my clients feel understood and validate their experience.

Our first session

During the first session, we'll identify your therapeutic goals and discuss your expectations for your journey to growth. We'll also explore how I can best support you, and the goal is that you walk away feeling hopeful about your healing.
