My communication style

I co-create sessions with my clients, meaning I am creating a shared experience with them that translates to lots of listening on my end, then responding relationally with questions, observations, and a bit of education. Each session is a conversation around the discovery of what my client's needs are at the time.

My journey to mental healthcare

I know therapy works! I know this because I've witnessed it within myself and my clients. This, of course, is very inspiring, and because I continue to do my work, I continue to build capacity for how I show up for my clients and the compassion it requires to be a vulnerable human.

My goals for you

I am pro goal setting as well as being with what is at the present moment. It is important to me to know what my client's goals are so that I can hold their needs/desires and continue to grow in the direction of their goals.
