My client population & specialty focus on providing the psychological tools and interventions that my patients need when dealing with anxiety, stress, depression, chronic medical issues, loss & grief, obesity, and emotional eating behaviors. I help my clients build coping skills to feel better and to overcome obstacles.
My approach
My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of each client I work with. I use an eclectic approach of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy, as those modalities help my clients build a shared understanding of their reality and allow us to work together in their journey to success.
