I specialize in working with teens and young women navigating trauma, identity, and relationships. Together, we’ll explore the roots of your patterns, heal from old attachment wounds, and build a stronger sense of self. I work best with complex trauma/PTSD, anxiety & depression, relationship issues, eating disorders, and borderline personality.
My approach
I am a Certified Clinical Trauma professional with advanced training in Schema Therapy, Evergreen Certified in DBT, and basic-trained in EMDR. Most importantly, I am highly relational and attachment-focused in my approach. The best predictor of success in therapy is the relationship you have with your therapist!
