I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I began working in the counseling field in 2016, working with children, adolescents, and adults. My experience working with at-risk students in my previous career as an elementary school educator helped me develop a deep desire to help children and families thrive.
My focus
I work with clients and families who are dealing with various mental health disorders such as depression, grief, trauma, and PTSD. My educational background has allowed me to gain knowledge in working with children aged 4-18 years old and their families to promote healing and create unity.

My approach to counseling is simple. I will work to help you achieve healing and growth and help you nurture a healthy mind. I believe improving our mental health helps us to create a healthy environment and leads to strong family systems and vibrant communities.
