Mental health looks and feels different for each person. The challenge isn't finding the right treatment but understanding this isn't 'one size fits all.'

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, confidence issues, and emotional regulation challenges from past or current circumstances. I provide clients with the tools necessary to overcome such challenges.
