I work with Black women experiencing anxiety and depression, and individuals with major mental illnesses. My background allows me to provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore challenges and build on your strengths.
My approach
I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. CBT focuses on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, helping you change negative patterns to improve emotional well-being. DBT balances acceptance and change, helping you manage difficult emotions and develop healthier coping mechanisms.
