My greatest strength as a therapist is my ability to truly see you, not just your struggles or diagnosis, but your resilience, your story, and the person you are beyond any past wounds or past mistakes. I try to create a space where you don’t have to perform, prove yourself, or fear judgment, and to meet you exactly where you are with compassion.

My journey to mental healthcare

Losing a cherished friend, colleague, and medical professional to suicide illuminated an urgent truth: those who dedicate their lives to healing others often silently struggle with their own battles. Not as a student, doctor, nurse, police officer, lawyer, or pastor, but as a person worthy of the same care you so selflessly give to others.

Together, we will identify meaningful goals that align with your faith and personal vision for growth. I use evidence-based techniques to break these goals into achievable steps, ensuring they are both realistic and inspiring.

Our first session

In our first session, you can expect to be welcomed into a safe, non-judgmental space where we’ll take time to understand your unique challenges and goals. We’ll discuss your history, the concerns you're currently facing, and how you’d like to see things improve. We’ll create a roadmap for your therapy.
