I work with teens, families, and adults of all ages. I have extensive experience with anxiety and stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, parenting, grief and loss, depression, and mood concerns.

I integrate supportive therapy, interpersonal therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and emotionally focused therapy, while working through a trauma-informed lens. Therapy is a space to slow down and make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface.
