I aim to provide a welcoming environment by giving you my full attention during our sessions. I am empathic and have learned to listen for what is not said because I recognize the challenge of finding your voice. I allow clients to process and express their feelings openly and honestly by creating a non-judgmental and accepting space.

My journey to mental healthcare

I pursued counseling after running a pleasure party company. Through conversations with guests, I realized many suffered from sexual trauma, shame, and dysfunction without knowing where to seek help. I wanted to give people tools to heal and live a fulfilled life.

My goals for you

Setting goals with clients is a crucial part of the therapeutic process. It starts with understanding your challenges and desired outcomes, which builds rapport and trust. This collaboration fosters a sense of ownership and commitment to the goals. It is important that the goals set are attainable, manageable, and relevant to your desired outcome.

Our first session

Building rapport is key to fostering a viable therapeutic relationship. The first session is about getting to know each other, allowing you to discuss your purpose for counseling, ask questions, and gain an understanding of the therapeutic process. It also sets the standards for confidentiality and boundaries.
