I aim to be soft but direct creating a space where you feel safe, while still gently nudging you outside your comfort zone, because that's often where real growth happens. My journey to mental healthcare

As a neurodivergent preteen, I was endlessly fascinated by human behavior and what makes people tick — a curiosity that's only deepened since. I still love books and shows exploring the human condition. That lifelong fascination led me to pursue my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, so I could actively help people navigate their journey

Real change happens when we combine genuine connection with the right tools, so that's exactly how I work. Together, we'll start by getting clear on what you actually want your life (or relationship) to look like, and then I'll draw from a dynamic toolkit to build a plan that's tailored specifically to you, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
