My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to therapy by a desire to help others overcome challenges and improve their mental health. A fascination with human behavior and personal experiences inspired me to support others on their healing journeys. I'm driven by empathy, compassion, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference.

My goals for you

I approach goal-setting collaboratively, helping you articulate specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound goals. We explore your values and priorities, reflect on past successes and challenges, and brainstorm solutions to obstacles. Goals evolve as your priorities change, and we celebrate progress along the way.

Our first session

The first session is about building rapport and understanding your needs. I create a welcoming environment where you can discuss what brought you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. I explain confidentiality, outline my approach, and answer any questions. We'll discuss next steps and schedule future sessions.
