The focus areas of my practice are Individuals, Couples, and Adolescents. My approach to therapy emphasizes personal growth and self-actualization as well as a commitment to reducing the stigma around mental health and advocating for better access to mental health resources.
My focus
I work with couples on communication, conflict resolution, parenting, blended families, and infidelity. With individuals, I address anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, separation, anger management, emotional regulation, life transitions, and self-esteem. With adolescents, I focus on anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and assertiveness.
My approach
The most common therapeutic approaches that I use in my work are Couples Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness and Acceptance Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
