My ideal clients are adults overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, or depression who are ready to seek support. They may be struggling to manage daily responsibilities, relationships, or emotions and want tools to cope more effectively. Most importantly, they're open to exploring their challenges in a safe, collaborative space.
My approach
I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy. With CBT, we explore connections between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, identifying unhelpful patterns fueling anxiety or stress and discovering healthier ways of responding. With PCT, you find a safe, non-judgmental space to share openly, always setting the pace.
