My approach
I initially do some testing to see what your psychological profile, I obtain a good, in-depth clinical /personal history, and then formulate a clinical treatment plan and the specific therapy and interventions we will utilize. Types of therapy I utilize are CPT, MBCT, SFBT, Family/Marital, REBT, Narrative, Psychological Testing, and Evaluation.
