I work best with adults who are managing anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, self-doubt, and relationship concerns. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but feel mentally exhausted internally. I help them better understand their patterns, strengthen coping skills, and feel steadier, clearer, and empowered.

My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and tailored to each client’s needs. I draw from evidence-based practices such as CBT, mindfulness, and insight-oriented work to help clients better understand themselves, build practical coping tools, and create meaningful progress.
