I believe you are the expert on yourself and what you need. I'm here to support you in making the changes necessary to get your needs met and to help you navigate the path forward in your life.

My journey to mental healthcare

My background was in forensics, working mostly with offenders and substance abuse patients. I shifted to first responders, which include law enforcement, fire, paramedics, EMS, corrections, communications, and emergency room nurses. I still work with first responders, and many of them are also active or retired military.

My goals for you

Helping my patients be able to help themselves is the reason I do this work. We'll collaborate to build skills and strategies that empower you to manage challenges independently and create lasting change in your life.

Our first session

During our first session, we will discuss your goals for treatment. We can start to get to know one another and create a place where you feel safe coming to the session.
