Everyone calls me Annie. I have been helping people through therapy for more than 20 years. I believe in meeting the client where they are to meet their goal through facilitation and collaboration. My areas of focus include Anxiety, Depression, Life adjustments, mood-related disorders, and Trauma.
My focus
I have worked with a broad range of clients over the years, from the very young age of 3 to the 80s. My areas of expertise are Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma-related conditions, but can include areas of Substance use and adjustment issues, amongst many other areas, including Dual diagnosis, Bipolar disorder, and Relationship issues.
My approach
My approach includes building trust and helping others feel listened to and understood. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but also incorporate Client-Centered, Trauma Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Play Therapy.
