My style is empathetic, offering compassion and gentle guidance to help you sort through difficult things. I use a strength-based approach that is interactive and non-judgmental, positioning you as the expert on where you are now and where you want to go.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist began after years of working in a corporate organization. I wanted to work in a helping profession and chose counseling to fulfill this goal when given the opportunity. Helping others is also a part of my personal life as I volunteer weekly to mentor preteen girls at a local school and a kindergarten program.

My goals for you

I assign homework between sessions, including worksheets and journaling exercises to help you better recognize and manage stress. I'm available by messaging and do my best to respond within a few hours.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll start with brief introductions and begin to build rapport, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. I collaborate with you to create a tailored plan addressing specific goals for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
