Hi there, I'm Sabrina!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) practicing in the state of Florida, working with clients via telehealth. I work primarily with adults and late teens from a variety of backgrounds and identities. I aim to provide supportive care and specialize in anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, and disordered eating.

My focus

I work with late teens through late adulthood using evidence-based practice. I address anxiety, stress, OCD, depression, trauma, and disordered eating with individualized treatment to help you work toward your therapeutic goals.

My approach

I incorporate strategies from CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and Intuitive Eating to improve your quality of life. I have specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention and Habit Reversal Training to address specific concerns effectively.
