My journey to mental healthcare

I've always had a passion for helping others heal and discover their inner strength. I was drawn to people's stories and their resilience. I've worked with diverse populations facing trauma, anxiety, and life transitions. Personal experiences made me realize how vital it is to have someone walk alongside you in life's hardest moments.

My goals for you

I help clients reach their goals by creating a collaborative environment where we identify what matters most. I use evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, goal-setting strategies, and trauma-informed approaches. We break larger goals into manageable steps, track progress, and adjust as needed.

Our first session

Your first session is about creating a safe space where you can share your story at your own pace. We'll get to know each other—I'll ask what brought you to therapy, your current challenges, and your goals. This session is also a time for you to ask questions and get a feel for working together.
