I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I have over 11 years of experience working with children, teens, adults, and families on a host of different issues. I have gained valuable experiences working in private practice, in a pregnancy center, working with the homeless population, community mental health, and the Church.

My ideal clients are those who are suffering from anxiety, depression, anger, relationship issues, and self-esteem issues.
My approach
I practice using an integrated style of therapy to serve my clients. Everyone’s needs are different, so there is no one-size-fits-all. I focus heavily on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and found it to be very effective in treating clients with problems such as anxiety, depression, anger, relationship conflicts, and substance abuse.
