My journey to becoming a therapist stems from childhood. I have always had an interest in helping others with their concerns. I am internally grateful and rewarded when I can help others reach their goals.

I help clients set goals that are realistic and achievable. Working with clients to achieve their goals is a process and a significant challenge.

During the first session, we will gather background and current information that will guide future sessions. We will attempt to build a rapport to determine compatibility.
